Here's a question: what part of a browser do you see every time you do research, want to watch a video, or just about anything? A WEBSITE! Now, from that question, what IS a website? A website is a browser facility that displays quality information to the user.

What is web development? Since we know what a website is, web development is, therefore, a branch of computer science that deals with programming, designing, and interactivity of a website.
Componenents of web development
We know what web development is, but what are the languages of web development? Well, there are 3 languages used:
- HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language)
- CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
- JS(JavaScript)

Uses of web development
- As a hobby
- As a source of income
- E-commerce
- Communication
- Education, etc.
